About the Journal
SUPERNOVA Jr Emerging Scientists Journal is an independent yearly international publication based in México City dedicated to showcasing and celebrating scientific research, science communication, and scientific reflection produced by middle school students.
The journal seeks to provide young scientists with an authentic publication experience while fostering scientific literacy, research skills, communication abilities, and ethical engagement with science.
SUPERNOVA Jr, believes that scientific publication should not be reserved exclusively for University Students, Postgrad Students, and Professional Researchers. Young people, especially Middle Schoolers and Junior High School Students are equally capable of asking meaningful questions, investigating the world around them, and contributing valuable ideas to scientific conversations.
